About the Panel
While most conversations about record production focus on equipment and technique, this panel will focus on the creative process and the role of the producer in that process. Grammy-winning producers Michael Beinhorn, Frank Filipetti, Niko Bolas, Mark Needham and Ross Hogarth discuss their perspectives on topics including interpersonal dynamics, communication and working with artists in a recording environment, the importance of pre-production and best practices within the pre-production process, ways to maintain an immersive environment and a good creative flow throughout a recording, and more.
